SM Locks will always prioritise emergency lockout situations as we understand you have places to be. We aim to be with our customers within 30 mins from the point of initial contact, this will depend on factors such as traffic, distance and other jobs we are completing.

No, we have multiple methods to gain access to your vehicle and will always aim to choose a non-destructive method. We will consult with you onsite as to our method of entry after viewing the vehicle prior to any work commencing.

We are based in Long Eaton and cover most of Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire as well as parts of Leicestershire. If your location is not listed, please contact us as we may be able to help you still.
